Say what disease and how emotions affect health
In the Eastern approach to health is the body with feelings, emotions connected. Emotions are thus the connection between the spiritual world (Yang), called psyche and the physical world (Yin), the body.
Everyone can benefit from the information offered by the body as a learning or development problem.
The interaction between body and mind
The interaction of emotion and body language of life. Emotions are the link of both worlds, almost the translation of reality, based on the situation.
Your body is the organ of perception for you and the surrounding environment. It stores all information unconsciously and provides them upon request (Wuji meditation, sit and breathe) or by conscience available. Your mind, more specifically, the brain filters the information and the best classification of each of these situations, often divided into "good / good" and "bad / dangerous / appropriate / threatening", etc.
This creates, based on the result of this evaluation, an emotion that is also stored. Both emotion and evaluation are stored as a total package and data is retained in the brain and body. This translates into terms such as the behavior or memory of pain, but also stresses and so-called blockages.
Illness by emotion?
Now we are faced with everyday situations that we can, depending on the level of experience, achieve. Sometimes these are habits without pronounced stimulus, because we know the situation and we can cope well. But sometimes, there are situations or experiences that overwhelm us, are more or less defined or simply gone again. It is also known, but perceived as negative or a value can provoke emotions.
In case of illness, repressed, blocked, stored energy, emotion can not be solved and processed, because the subject learning situation has not been accepted or recognized. Worse still, the subject of learning was perhaps covered with positive affirmations and thus positive color.
Therefore, nothing will change the situation or adapted, there is no development / adaptation and, therefore, the duration of energy storage / blockage of the disease.

Great post ! I See we have very similar interests and mission in life.
Acceptance of your current state/emotions and all arising is the way to go. Heart focus, breathing and change of heart rhythm together with easy mindset is the medicine for disease and shift in to a more balanced psychological and physiological state.
