Hi, I live in Poland

- and in first - applogize for my lenguage - im not a good in english - but try my best

- and if you dont know this country (Poland) - then let me tell you - our Health System is in deep shit - u may come from doc to doc - from specialist to next one - and noone will ever try help you if you not have cash to pay for it.

I have innsurance but this not intrest them since country not pay for every tretments like thay supose to do for docs. So if you have no cash - u may stay with your health problems alone, not mention to have a visit on doc you must appoint and wait a long time - this can be a stand alone post about it.

Like i said im diagnosed by deep vein thrombosis - and now im hospital and making treatments - since my right leg is oversized and i cant walk.

I also have (apparently genetically) varicose veins. Usually we get prescribed Marcumar here to make the blood thinner. However, I don't use this anymore. I changed my lifestyle to much swimming and walking, and to a lighter diet (try a vegan raw food phase, works wonders). I only take some aspirin.

Yeah im on diet already and try walking more - when i can - its like mostly stay on bed and when my leg is callopsed - mean is not so oversized i can walk - doing a lot of massages - and buying the upresing socks that help to...

ah yeah, the socks, yeah I wore them too (had to), but I don't anymore. I go swimming 3-4 times a week.
