Teenagers Sleep Less

A survey of some students showed that 94% of this students use their phone at night after going to bed. 😯

23% of these check their phones about 10 times in the night.

This is dangerous as it not only leads to insufficient sleep but also leads to some mental sicknesses like  anxiety and depression.
