    Hola alici, tengo un par de fotos que hice durante uno de los proyectos de tv en los que he participado. La lechuga es uno de cultivos más fumigados, aquí tienes una foto de cómo preparan el pesticida y otra foto de cómo lo aplican en el campo, es terrible a veces hasta fumigan en exceso. Creo que hay que cambiar esa cultura y utilizar más insumos biológicos

            Is there a reason to soak veggies in vinegar for a few minutes? I have always just sprayed my veggies with vinegar/water mix then rinse them. It seems to work.
