healthy time to drink water

Hi today i will explain you,when we drink water everyday for healthy life(according to indian ayurveda).
you can drink water any time but

  1. you should drink 3 glass lukewarm water early morning.(activate internal energy)
  2. drink 1 glass water after take bath.(control blood pressure)
  3. drink 2 glass water before eating.(improve digestive system)
  4. drink half glass water before sleep in night.(save your life to heart attack).please use lukewarm water.

Lukewarm water eliminating toxins from the body system.Hot water can dissolve toxin from your system just as it dissolves grease from dirty dishes.

Don't use cold water,it harmful for your digestive system and blood vessel.cold water freezes your internal system.cold water can make blood clots which cause heart attack.But lukewarm water dissolves blood clots.
