Great tips. Keep up the great work. I would just like to add that when it comes to physical exercise, we just have to make sure that we breathe through our nose(not gasping for air) and increase our capacity this way. Also ending the session with stretches and Shavasan (corpse pose) will help in cooling the body down. Exercise will have to be done early in the morning or after 5 in the evening.
