I have been telling u about supplements from last 5 posts but the question is do u really need supplements or what type of people should take supplements.
Let me be very clear to u
YOU DON'T NEED SUPPLEMENTS
U can go for natural food like chicken fish eggs etc that are high in protein and no only protein but they have other essential minerals and vitamins
Now vegetarians will say what about us and all that u have many options like paneer tofu etc but as u know they also have high carbs and fats and especially if u r on a fat loss diet u should control ur carbs so for this purpose protein supplement is for u and rest other supplements like omega 3 and multivitamin can be taken by any other group
