All people at some point in their life must make a presentation in public either for studies or for work, however, this type of activity generates a certain panic that is often confused with nerves for doing this, the reality is that this panic is given because the person suffers from a phobia called Glossophobia. Glossophobia or anxiety to speak is the fear of speaking in public. The word glossophobia comes from the Greek γλῶσσα glossa, that is, the tongue, and φόβος fobos, fear or fear.
