1. Dairy

Dairy contains synthetic hormonnes that contribute to excess hormones and cause inflammation in your body.

2. Soy

It contains phytoestrongens that can unbalance hormones and cause breakouts.

3. Gluten

Gluten causes inflammation un the gut and disrupt hormone levels.

4. Canola, sunflower safflower, vegitable oil

They contain omga-6 acids that produce skin inflammaton during peak estrogen times.

5. Caffeine

Both coffee and tea can strip your body of essential B vitamins, magnesium and zinc.

Instead, eat more:

  • avocado
  • cinamon
  • pomegranate
  • turmeric
  • chia seeds
