How to avoid stress

Every of us may ever experienced stress. We usually got stress when something bad happen to us. We easily get emotionally and continuously thinking over and over again until we reach our limit. That how our stress leveling up.

stress mean a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumtances. (source:oxforddictionaries)

Why stress?
stress is a part of life and you cannot always avoid it. But you can always avoid situations that can cause it and you can control on how to respond to it. After you know what causing stress, try making some changes in life that will help you to avoid stressful situation.
Here is a few idea:

MANAGE OUR TIME
Time management is very important. It is a way to find time more of the things you want and need to. Its help you decide which is urgent and which can wait. So, I think by managing your time well make our life more easier and meaningful.

YOUR LIFESTYLE
Firstly, try to find balance between personal,work or family needs. This is not easy especially when holiday come. You need to go there,attend so many occasion but at the same time your work need you. Your body is there but your soul was anywhere else. At the end,you did not feel the happiness in you. So, try to find your happiness.

Secondly, have a sense of purpose in life. Many people find meaning through connection with family,jobs, their spirituality or volunteer work. So, it is important to find what the biggest purpose in your life.

Other than that, to avoid stress, you have to get enough sleep. It help you to recover from stress of the day while you are sleeping. Try to keep a notepad by your bed to record what you are worried about to help you let it go while you sleep. The most important,for me is go for exercises. It can help you to relaks your whole body. Even just a light exercises like taking daily walk every morning or in the evening.
So, for those who suffer from stress, be happy because life is beautiful. Put away your stress and live your life to the fullest! Good luck😎😎
