坎坷的一天——尴尬的体检经历

冥冥之中，自有天意，有时候不信邪还真的不行... ...

●前言

我们单位体检分两拨，有两家机构供我们选择。我和其他一小部分同事选的第二家，因为想着是去年就在这家体检机构的另外一个分店检查的，服务和流程技术都还挺好的。于是我们今年选的是旗下同一个大机构一个新开的分店。因为介绍说里面的仪器更先进。于是我们就去了。

●01.不顺利的开头

这家机构头部核磁共振的名额是限量的，每天几十个。我们7点就到了，机构7点半上班。去了以后我本来排在第五名，刷身份证的时候居然告诉我我们单位没有预约信息？！于是赶紧联系单位相关负责人。

事实证明是单位负责人和医院业务员接头上出了问题，导致我们今天这一波不能按时体检。但是（新店距离我们单位）路途遥远，难道白跑一趟？于是坐等单位负责人和医院部门沟通，一层一层上报协调之类的。足足耽误了一个多小时，才告诉我们预约中心系统加上我们名字了，而且头部检查的名额已经没有了，囧。

●02.采血化验处设备故障

抽血窗口一共有三个，我所在的这个进度一直都比旁边两个慢，后来前面的人告诉我们，其中一个出蓝色帮扎带的机器坏了，一次性帮扎带老是断。好，那我就换队伍吧，我等！

●03.上级机构突然检查资质，医生全部离开

轮到我排队CT检查的时候，队伍走到一半，突然几个手拿摄像头穿着类似公务员还是检察官制服的人过来检查。结果所有科室的负责检查的医生全部跑出来配合检查资历学历资质等等资料。又是浪费三四十分钟时间。

●04.彩超仪器失灵+排队大妈吵群架

女宾做彩超的一共有2个房间2台仪器。排队的人超级多。本来看着前面还剩十几个人的时候以为看到希望，结果护士出来说有一间仪器正在维修，检查速度瞬间变慢一倍。

我算了下每个人进去的时间和你体检套餐里的项目有关。如果你只检查四五个部位大约一个人10分钟。如果检查的比较全面从头到脚都有彩超，大约一个人20-30分钟，假设发现病变医生还会在三复核有问题的部位，时间更长。

这时候，前面有一位大妈检查到一半跑出去加项交钱去了，然后再回来发现被人插队就开始大声和插队的人对骂。场景简直惨不忍睹... ...

终于，等到中午12点半，在我已经空腹饿得头晕眼花的时候，轮到我进去检查了。我一个女同事更惨，我出来以后女宾还没检查完，直接被安排到男宾体检区检查去了，囧！

●05.出门忘记看黄历，不信邪果然还是不行的

等到我们全部检查完，吃饭已经下午一点多了。我们几个饿的都快晕倒了。

回到单位我查了查万年历，显示结果如上图！！！6月22日：忌出行！！忌治病！！！原来今天这么不顺利是有原因的。冥冥之中自有因果.

●医生忠告：

自认为我平时还是一个很注意养生的人。没有任何不良嗜好和生活习惯。基本不吃零食也不喝碳酸饮料，烟酒更是不沾。生物钟规律，也很爱运动。本来以为会和往年一样啥毛病没有。结果今天彩超出来我的右边肾长了一个1X2毫米的结石。医生告诉我的一刻，我顿时石化了，脑补着自己是不是快要一命呜呼了。

还好医生说：要我平时多喝水多蹦蹦跳跳，结石很小和一粒沙一样大，可以自己排出体外。

以后我要少吃高盐的食物，家里做菜要尽量清淡。多喝水，注意饮水的水质。身体是革命的本钱，自己要好好爱护。

                                                体检结果和临床医学诊断结果还是有很大差别的，一般体检出现的问题只要注意调整饮食结构和生活习惯就好，不用担心。
