CHILDREN most often eat instant noodles, he said so. In fact, want anyone and in any condition, eating instant noodles too often is a danger! Why is it?
One of the reasons why instant noodles are a danger is the age of the food is too long. If the food is long-lived, it means the preservative is high. Certainly very dangerous for the body.
In addition, the nutritional content is low. Then, instant noodles are high in fat and calories, and sodium. Not to stop there, instant noodles also use artificial coloring, excess additives, and of course taste.
"Most cases of monosodium glutamate (MSG) and also tertiary-butyl hydroquinone (TBHQ) or chemical preservatives derived from the petroleum industry, can be present in instant noodles," Dr. Sunil Sharma, general practitioner and head of the ER at Madan Mohan Malviya Hospital, New Delhi, India, as quoted from NDTV Food, Monday (11/09/2017).
Dr. Sunil added, although food intake of these elements is allowed within the threshold, intake of instant noodles too often can cause severe health problems.
Furthermore, last year, The Washington Post has reported a study in South Korea on the effects of instant noodles on human health.

According to research, although instant noodles are a delicious meal, there is an increased risk in it. As Hyun Shin, a doctoral candidate at Harvard School of Public Health and co-author of the study, metabolic syndrome with high-sodium foods, saturated fat, and glycemics, will certainly adversely affect the human body.
Meanwhile, another danger of instant noodles is its high fat content. You need to know, most processed foods are filled with bad fats like saturated fatty acids or trans fats. Meanwhile, monounsaturated fats and also polyunsaturated fatty acids are good fats.
If you look at the food labels and what those terms really are listed, people will realize that vegetable oils, sugar, sugar syrups, flavor enhancers, and many other ingredients, are foods that are not good for your health at all.
Instant noodles contain saturated fat which if consumed in excess or regularly can raise cholesterol levels in the blood. If you have high cholesterol, then it can increase your risk of heart disease as well as type 2 diabetes.
I've heard of it, but I"m confused if the koreans didn't know about it because almost all of them love this meal and eating them regularly and even some do eat it every day, I can witness to that because I am here living now in South Korea. Since this instant noodles is very cheap easy to buy and very easy to prepare, and no question about the taste it's rea;;y good but I wonder if they are not aware of the danger of consuming it regulary.
Since I heard of it I tried not to have it as often as before, guess once or twice a month is not bad , right?
Thanks anyway for sharing this, hopefully you can make others too to be aware of this.
