My experience of cold showers
Some of you know that I have been doing some cold showers lately, and 99.999999% dosen't know.

Lets add in some science
You can lose weight!
There are two kinds of fat in our body. The white fat and the brown fat. When we step into that cold shower and look down to see the immediate effect on our genetials we get shocked, but if we go through that demolishing effect it has on our self esteem and stay in the cold. We lose weight. The brown fat in our body is activated to keep us warm, and that burns calories.
Boost recovery
Have you ever heard of cryotherapy? You expose yourself to extreme cold tempetures.
This is Lebron James doing cryotherapy. Cryo (cold) Therapy (therapy i guess?)
Cryotherapy offers you multiple benefits; it will decrease inflammation, descrease pain, and decrease the cell growth and many more. You will have these effects in a cold shower aswell but not as significant, because the cold water I use is not freaking below −100 °C. Of course they don't use water, but cold dry air.
Increase your mood
A research done by finnish researchers. Of all people in the world, I would want a research about cold done by finnish people. Well..The study showed that winter swimmers, I am not that hardcore yet, had improved mood, and less depressive symptons. Another study showed how it increased the levels of dopamin in your brain.
It improves your activity on Steemit!
In a study yet to be done, shows a major increase in the success a human being will have on Steemit. This research was first done on rats. They showed no significant increase in activity or success on Steemit.

Thanks for replying! I think you should give it a try. But start with hot water and then go to cold slowly. Everytime you make it more cold I suggest you exhale slowly. That way it is more tolerable. Well...The study said 9 pounds (4 kg). That should be possible depending on your weight now, and how often you do it. Maybe like 2,5- 3 kg. I am just guessing. If you want to lose weight I would use cold showers to gain more energy. Then you have the energy to exercise more, and make healthier food. Try it for a week, and you will love it.

It's proven to boost your blood circulation. This is very good for your health. I don't have cold showers as often as I should. You have reminded me to have more cold showers.👍
