I am sharing a very effective' easy and natural home remedy to keep your blood pressure balanced and in control... If you are patient of high blood pressure then don't take medicines for this.. Just use this easy home remedy and keep your blood pressure in control..
Ingredients:
Dry Mint Leaves 2 Pinches
Dry Plum 2
Water 1 1/2 Cup
Method:
Boil water on medium flame and put dry mint leaves and dry plums in water. And boil until water remain 1 cup. Now strain it and drink it Luke warm once or twice a day.. And feel the magic.....
Note: You can add 1 teaspoon of sugar to change its taste... (Optional)..
