quitting smoking is very hard thing to do ,but if we quit smoking then re-wiring your brain and day by day brain will return to (usual/ commonly and regular/ healthy)s,also after quitting smoke improve hearing ,,quitting smoking will also help to improve you night vision ,also effect on skin Quitting smoking is better than anti-(old/allowing to get old/getting older) lotion and dicrease wrinkles ,when we quit smoking which help less heart risk and improve you lungs ,and blood become thinner and less chances of blood clots,when we quit smoking lower risk of cancer and also reduce belly and less tideness ,also quitting smoking will help to improve you sex life ,last but not least it will also help to improve you sence of smell
