Thanks for sharing your story. I'm a firm believer that our bodies can tell us so much about what's right and good for us, if we'd only listen. I spent so long fighting against the signals my hair and skin were giving me, but now I finally see the light (lol) and am making almost all of my own cosmetic products.

I use Aztec Secrets Healing Clay and mixed with Apple Cider Vinegar and Water in my hair and on my skin. It is everything. Also just started adding Turmeric to my Shea skin mixture.. Loves it.
