winter is a great gift from God for its creatures. because there will be a lot of plants that are fertile, there are no shortages of water, and even farmers can benefit from this cold season.

but on the other hand with this winter will make it easier for germs, bacteria and viruses to breed anywhere. this is because there is no sunlight so there is no barrier for them to multiply. and in addition to the wind that always blows hard in the winter. of course germs, viruses, bacteria will be scattered and stick to the body. it can even enter the body if the anti-body or immune system is not strong. so in this problem we must improve the immune system so that the disease does not easily enter the body.

How to improve the immune system?

1 is by consuming foods that contain antioxidants.

This antioxidant functions to improve the immune system. Like mangosteen, citrus fruits, grapes, vegetables, almonds and soybeans. All of these foods can increase the immune system to become strong.

2. Sleep on time

Apart from food, sleeping on time is also needed to improve the immune system. and vice versa, if you sleep late, with the passage of time the immune system will be weak.

3. Sports

exercise also supports the immune system to become strong. in addition to improving the immune system, there are many other benefits of exercise. such as preventing diabetes, hypertension, and many other diseases that can be prevented from exercise. besides that you also have to consume lots of water to improve the immune system.

CONCLUSION

musim dingin adalah anugerah yang besar dari tuhan untuk makhluknya. karena akan banyak tumbuhan yang tubuh dengan subur, manusia pun tidak ada kekurangan air, serta petani pun bisa meraih keuntungan dari musim yang dingin ini.*

namun disisi lain dengan adanya musim dingin ini akan mempermudah kuman, bakteri, dan virus untuk berkembang biak dimana saja. hal ini di karenakan tidak adanya sinar matahari sehingga tidak ada penghalang untuk mereka berkembang biak. dan di tambah lagi dengan angin yang selalu bertiup kencang pada musim dingin. tentunya kuman, virus, bakteri akan banyak bertebaran dan menempel di tubuh. bahkan bisa masuk ke dalam tubuh jika anti body atau sistem kekebalan tubuh tidak kuat. maka dalam persoalan ini kita harus meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh agar penyakit tidak mudah masuk ke dalam tubuh.*

Bagaimana cara meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh?

1 yaitu dengan mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung antioksidan.*

antioksidan ini berfungsi meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh. Seperti buah manggis, buah jeruk, buah anggur, sayur-sayuran, kacang almond dan kacang kedelai. Semua makanan ini bisa meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh menjadi kuat.*

2. Tidur tepat waktu

Selain dari makanan, tidur tepat waktu juga di butuhkan untuk meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh. bergitu juga sebaliknya, jika tidur larut malam, dengan seiring Berjalannya waktu sistem kekebalan tubuh akan lemah.*

3. Olahraga

olahraga juga mendukung sistem kekebalan tubuh menjadi kuat. selain bisa meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh, masih banyak manfaat lain dari olahraga. seperti mencegah diabetes, hipertensi, dan banyak penyakit lain yang bisa di cegah dari olahraga. selain itu anda juga harus banyak mengkonsumsi air putih untuk meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh.*

KESIMPULAN

mari melakukan pola gaya hidup yang sehat. agar sistem kekebalan tubuh selalu menjadi kuat. sehingga tubuh kita tidak mudah di masukin penyakit. ini tidak berlaku pada musim dingin saja. pada musim lain pun kita harus melakukan pola hidup yang sehat. karena kuman, virus atau bakteri ada di mana saja.
