I really like this protein drink, it contains 60g of premium whey with zero added soy protein!
This mix is the most economically priced that I have found also.
It is available in several flavors, my favorite is the cookies n creme!
I think if you eat a good breakfast you probably could just skip this, but my downfall is that I don't get hungry till about noon, so I believe this helps !
