The negative part of staying up

Today I will discuss about the negatives staying up.

Most of us often stay up because of work or so on. We know that staying up can cause illness, but we stay up all night.

There are some negative effects from staying up:

  1. High emotions
    If we do not get enough sleep negative emotions will quickly appear.
  2. Headache
    People who sleep less will experience a headache condition.
  3. Sighted vision
    Lack of sleep, will make us easy to hallucinate.
  4. liver disease People who sleep every day 4 hours have a very high blood pressure and because of this, the person tursebut susceptible to liver disease.
  5. Slow in responding
    Lack of sleep can also make you insensitive in the outside world.
  6. Easy to get sick
    Lack of sleep for a long time, can make our immune system weakened, and easily sick.

The side effects of staying up are very dangerous for our body's health, so we should not do it anymore. Take care of our body health before the disease befalls us.
