Anorexia is one of the eating disorders prevalent in the society today. Anorexia nervosa is a condition in which a person have an intense fear of putting on weight. Some of the prominent characteristics of the disease include extreme low body weight and body image distortion. A psychiatric illness, anorexia makes a person limits his/her food intake and long to become severely thin. Such people voluntarily starve themselves which may lead to death. Anorexia is mostly seen in adolescents females. Male can not be rule out completely as long as the disease is concerned.

REMEDIES TO ANOREXIA*
A victim of anorexia should go for ginger and rock salt treatment. Scrap a small piece of ginger and grind. Add few drops of asafetida, lemon juice and one black pepper. Take on empty stomach for 12days. It's an appetiser.
Consume 2 to 3 oranges per day. It's serves as an appetiser.
Apple is an effective appetiser. It's supplies iron to the body and serve as appetiser.
Consume garlics. Whether in the soup or any other preparation. It's boost digestion and serve as appetiser.
Eat vegetables salad always. You can sprinkle rock salt and lemon juice.
Make chapattis (it's an Indian recipe) out of flour and sour grape juice dough. You can add a pinch of rock salt.
