Correction, that's IF SOME PEOPLE actually place these things themselves inside the cigarettes, which some do. The e-cigarette is unsafe do to its SYNTHETIC oil vapors (that's how MOST are used) and the explosive nature of the device (like has happened with some recent cel phones). Had you posted these facts, this post would have more validity.
