Lost 30 Lbs Eating Better And Excising

One Year Ago We Had Our Second Baby Boy

It seams like just yesterday. Most of you moms will know exactly what I mean when I say "Losing Weight Is Tough" after having children. Our first child was a handful but we still were able to eat healthy and go for walks and I lost a lot of weight and so did hubby. That might have been what caused our 2nd little one...heehee

After baby number two and both being boys it is just exhausting. There is no time for anything but taking care of kids but we both dug deep and started walking and eating salads and stopping junk food and sodas and we started loosing weight and feeling great! It sounds so easy but it is so hard and I would like to encourage all of our friends to just do it. Make the time to start taking care of yourself in a good healthy way and enjoy the benefits.

Since losing weight, which I'm now officially beating @binkley even though he says it isn't a competition...There is no magic pills or secret formulas just hard work and determination. We are both more energetic and have more energy for the kids.

                        Congrats on the boys, I have two and they are best of friends now in their 30's.

                        Battle of the bulge is really a nightmare, smaller healthier meals and exercise, no fad diets they do more harm than good.

                        Good for you making it competitive, to get guys to be aware of anything (especially health matters) is a nightmare on it's own @binkgirl
