Interesting infographic. Blue light is definitely something I have to keep a watchout for. That's why I recommend people to get f.lux for their computer screens, it helps reduce the blue light.

For sure! f.lux, and iris for the computer , and twilight or the iOS color filters for the phones. Iris seems to work better because of the "Sleep Mode" which makes the screen completely red.
