Sleep with a head higher

Sleeping with a higher position can cause hyperflexion and neck attracted. This is very dangerous because the forward posture has been shown to decrease lung capacity, reducing the required oxygen intake of body cells. It can also cause asthma, sleep apnea, and cardiovascular diseases.
