Today marks day 7 doing the #fitnesschallenge by @steemmatt! I always have a hard time working out because I don't exactly like doing it alone, so this is a great way to get a support group and inspire a daily exercise routine. 100 reps is seriously not that bad. Just 100 reps a day can make a difference!
Today I feel extremely tired. I am not sure why. Not only did I over sleep, as soon as I got up I had to go take care of other things, so my regular routine was thrown off. I wasn't able to do my daily exercise til after 2 AM because I had a busier than expected night work-wise. I even considered skipping the day because it's already so late, but I figured how bad could it be to at least do the 100 daily required rep? It's already late and I'm tired, but I got it done. My throat is also back to feeling a little scratchy, so perhaps I'm not back to 100% afterall. I hope tomorrow is a better day.
The Challenge:
At least 100 honest reps of exercise every day. No excuses. No bullsh*t. Just actions, positivity, and results. Only post AFTER your reps are done. Always support each other.

My Daily Challenge Completed
Just a short day -- I'll call it a rest day. Arms/chest still hurts, but I soldiered through some push-ups.
- 25 Sit-Ups
- 50 Air Squats
- 25 Push-ups
Total rep count: 100
Yesterday's Reps
- Body Weight Exercises - 450 reps
Cumulative Tally
2007 Reps
Meals
Today I had Domino's Pizza for dinner since that's what the wife ordered by the time I got up. I didn't want pizza, and now as I wrote this I am hungry again so I'll have myself that last serving of spaghetti.

My Motivation
I've decided to stop smoking cigarettes in the beginning of January and have been meaning to start an exercise routine to replace my smoking habit with something much healthier. It's been rough quitting, and even tougher getting the motivation and energy to start a daily exercise routine but thanks to this challenge, I've motivated myself to get it done! When I get urges, I plan on exercising instead!
Keep up the good work, and your strength will power up, hehe.
