When you do dieting, your body gets used to slowly taking fewer calories. Actually, you can never lose weight by dropping food completely. In such a situation, your mind suddenly gets fried and sweet to eat. That's why, diet planning should be such that gradually diet should be avoided with high-calorie foods.
These are essential things to know before taking a creatine

Upon the morning:

1 cup tea This gives you 20 calories.

Breakfast (between 8 to 9 o'clock):

Drink 150 ml of milk.
If you want, add 1 teaspoon of sugar in it or you can also drink faded milk. This gives
you 20 calories.

2 hours after breakfast (11 o'clock):

1 cup green tea
When you mix milk in tea, there is no effect of the antioxidants present in tea.
Stemina increases with antioxidants. According to the research, compared to milk tea, drinking 3 to 4 cups of green tea a day reduces your weight. According to the test many flavors of green tea are found in the market.

Lunch (1-2.30 hrs):

Eat your favorite salad. This will give you 50 calories.

Evening tea (4-5 hrs):

Late evening (7 o'clock):

1 large bowl soup This will give you 30 calories.

Dinner (8-9 hrs):

1 large bowl of vegetable salad, such as carrot, radish, cucumber, tomato and capsicum. Anyone can mix 1 fruit in it. Together with 1 tablespoon of groundnut. Peanut is a source of protein, vitamin B and monounsaturated fatty acids. Actually, the oil or fat we eat contain three types of fatty acids (secrete, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids). Any fatty acid in any oil is high, so someone in some. even if you are not on diet you should avoid sugar, rather eat some fruits to gain it that way. all the sugar in processed food is really bad for your healtcondtion in the long term but most people are not educated enough. they tend to think if somethings is available in a supermarket its okay to eat. people need to get rid of that mindset
