Pretty simple but good advices, one side note tho:
For some people, eating 4-5 times a day may be bad, because that wil actually put your body in anabolic state more often. During this state, the body won't be able to burn fat while in this state.
So if your meals are not too big, and you indeed do walk after eating which wil consume calories a bit faster and make the anabolic state shorter.
