This is Part 1 of the new 5-part series on maximizing your personal health is 5 steps. Part one is about changing your state of mind for true healing. This is the psychological element that can be the gatekeeper of your life. I don't think it is a coincidence that Jordan Peterson, in his book "12 Rules for Life", puts standing up straight with your head high and your shoulders back as his first rule for life. It changes your state of mind to allow the other rules to be easier to accomplish. This is NLP at work and is brilliant stuff.
