Hey Guys!

Wherever you are at in the world, I hope you are having a wonderful day so far! Today I wanted to share with you one of my go-to homeopathic remedies for when I'm starting to feel a little bit under the weather. It's been rainy and cold here in California for the past two days and it was my first day back to work yesterday after our holiday break so germs are spreading!! It's important to listen to your body and rest when needed or take action if you are starting to feel sick.

Ginger root is one of the most beautiful gifts from nature with a long list of valuable medicinal and health benefits. Just to name a few benefits for those of you that don't know ginger root improves circulation, reduces pain, opens up inflamed airways, clears sinuses, helps fight cancer, strengthens immune system, and fights infection.

As soon as my body starts to ache or my throat starts to get scratchy, I immediately juice some fresh ginger and take a small shot a day to kick whatever infection is starting to arise in my body. This helps to reduce inflammation, pain, and infection all while strengthening the immune system. Along with the fresh ginger shot, you can add freshly squeezed lemon and cayenne pepper. Cayenne pepper also has a bunch of healing benefits such as anti-irritant, anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-allergen, and anti-bacterial.

This jar of freshly juiced ginger will last me throughout the week.
