Thanks for your humility. This is stuff that will transform people and transform their entire lives and make them independent of a system that will kill them. I don't want people coming through and calling it a fad diet when it is what people have been doing since the dawn of life. I don't want people to be discouraged from taking their health and their lives into their own hands. ❤️ Doctors are a huge hindrance to people's well being and independence in America. They will fight to the death with an air of authority over things like fasting without any experience of it. It's unfair to call this a fad. It's disrespectful to Cole who dedicates his life to helping people for free and has come up with a way that people can fast and still have energy to work and do their everyday lives so that they can fast longer and heal.
