Taking care of our mental health should be a priority during any stage of our life. In cultures like ours, very Latin, mental health is not yet seen as something so valuable to preserve in daily practice.

In a tangible way we seek in various ways to preserve physical well-being, for example, we try to eat more balanced, many try it even if it costs us. Also to do exercises and even to rest; But how aware do we get about the process of mental sanitation, not only in order to be emotionally balanced, but also to contribute to the first, that is, to prevent organic diseases.

Obviously very little, because the least that comes to mind is to go to a specialist, every so often, to review internally, evaluate our spiritual processes, plus our behavior and daily development, with the firm purpose of establishing corrective measures that standing for a better life thanks to the enjoyment of an emotional balance. It is simple gentlemen, commenting our anxieties, anxieties, having clear our limitations and possibilities, reviewing our behavior we can always keep up to date, our balance of not perfect human beings, but why not: yes, perfectible.

Why do I write the paragraph "every so often" ?, because this is an effort that never ends. Just as the struggle against the temptation to infringe a balanced diet or the laziness of exercising, which is permanent and so many more possibilities that we have of being weak, does not end; likewise, psychological support and our emotional review should be periodic to maintain balance. Especially in a Venezuela so bizarre and decadent.

It is very important to try to maintain quality of life and preserve both mental and physical health over time.
