Yes, it shall pass. Get well soon, sounds to me your best route is to not let anxiety slow the healing - rest well. Lot's of things coming for crypto, plenty shortage of steem articles and tutorials with latest apps/wallet ui about bitshares also - market will recover also, it's just volatility :)
