Good night, hopefully healthy friends always.
*hypovolemic shock is a decrease in intravascular volume of more than 15-20% so that a decrease in cardiac output resulting in microcirculation disorders and poor tissue perfusion.*
causative factor : a. Bleeding, trauma

b. loss of plasma proteins and burns

c. Loss of water and salt in severe diarrhea and vomiting, peritonitis, pancreatis

## patofisiologhy
- Decreased blood pressure
- Decrease of TVS
- takikardia
- The pulse weakened
- Hyperventilation
- Awareness disorder
- Diuresis disorders
- oliguria anuria

## Handling / fluid resuscitation
a. Rapid infusion of crystalloid solution. b. Adult 50 ml / min, can be up to 2 - 3 liters in 30 - 60 minutes. c. Children 20 ml / kg body weight / hour d. on heavy fluid loss, crystalloid + colloids
![image]() e. loss of plasma, added colloid dose 15 - 20 ml / kg body weight / day f. Blood loss: - blooding <20% : kostikoroid + koloid - blooding>20% : blood transfusion g. Crystalloid and colloidal fluids Profit : Balanced electrolyte composition, no risk of allergy, does not affect hemostasis, resulting in diuretic, low cost loss : need 3-4 x the amount of bleeding, resulting in edema, hypothermia, working length of approximately 90 minutes? NaCl 0.9%: acidosis hyperchloremia.

### colloidal fluid profit : remains in intravascular volume, needs equal to the amount of blood lost, minimal risk of odema, increased microvascular blood flow

![image]() loss : Fluid overload, disrupting hemostasis, affecting kidney function, anaphylactoid reaction, expensive.
this form of illustration of my writing, semogga useful and give upvote is your right, if you want to follow me, I thank you. ![image]()
