Big Pharma and the Healthcare Industry is a Fraud!

Why is it that the healthcare industry decries processed foods, yet give a pass to processed medicines?

More importantly, why do we allow Big Pharma, or the giant conglomeration of pharmaceuticals, to mindlessly bully us to no end?

These and many other questions are posed in my latest video, "Big Pharma and the Healthcare Industry is a Fraud!" For centuries before professional pharmaceuticals were even a thing, knowledge about traditional medicine was handed down from generation to generation. Doctors of old could diagnose disease and physical conditions simply by looking at a few organs, such as the eyes or the hands.

Today, we lack this beautiful cultural gift. Rather than rely upon natural healing properties and so-called alternative medicine, we instead beg Big Pharma to provide us with the next great innovation.

The only problem, of course, is that pharmaceuticals haven't cured anything -- they're only in the business of managing diseases. I find it alarmingly odd that today, we have the technology to launch a missile halfway across the world, and smash it down some Muslim goat-herder's chimney, yet we can't find a cure for the common cold.

Hence, we are running into a pharma risk -- excessive dependency on the pharmaceutical industry, and the loss of traditional medicine and procedures that actually does cure people, with little to no side effects.

Until science can figure out a way to finally cure people as effectively as nature, I will always look at Big Pharma with suspicion.

completely agreed. but habits are hard to break. people hate admitting they're wrong and 99% of the time take the easy way out; the no thinking on their part and leaving it up to the 'experts'

Согласен с тобой , люди которые производят лекарства зачастую продают бесполезные таблетки !

I hear you... I feel modern medicine is not necessarily the solution and intact, it can aggravate issues. You name a minor headache as migraine and people will believe what they hear - i.e migraine and even if they don't have one, their belief will create one! Traditional medicine was simple and even the most complex issues were resolved effortlessly.

Good post! Upvoted and resteemed

Exactly! As I think about all the times I've dealt with doctors, it's alarming how little they know, and how little they trust natural medicines that have been tried and tested for centuries!

It's unfortunate that traditional medicine is dying down :(

Right on man. Its horrible because there are potential benefits to the pharmaceuticals. These guys are making a killing selling us addictive trash that covers up real issues. They would rather perpetuate the problem through symptom management than deliver cures.

Symptom management is pretty much the only reason why Big Pharma exists at all...if they cured every disease that they came across, where would the cash flow come from? Sad, cynical, but true!

I had one phd health professor in my school.... He didn't know shit about health and the human body....Only things that he was repeating every class to us is that he believes in marketing, pills and vaccination... Nowadays, Big Pharma is big business, big money and marketing that has nothing to do with humanity and health.

As I always say, "go with the money!" It leads you to opportunities in many cases, but it can also be used to solve a mystery. There's zero money in one-time sales. Instead, Big Pharma forces you into a "subscription service" -- if you don't pay, you die! Terrible business model, and these scumbags will get what they deserve!

Persciption drug side effects are effects. I'm living proof those effects can become permanent quality of life destroyers long after you wise up and stop taking them. I wish I knew 20 years ago what I know now, and that is to only consider a persciption, and I can't stress this enough, as a last resort. Thanks for the post.

Thanks for sharing with us...your voice, along with so many others, reaffirms my suspicions toward the pharmaceutical industry.

It is a statistical certainty that if you are taking 6 medications, at least one of those is to counteract the side effects of one of the other 5. TV (when I rarely watch it) is filled with, "Ask your Dr. if brand x is right for you!" after 30 seconds of listing all of the side effects. Crazy times in which we live...

You know what else is a statistical certainty? Diarrhea and death! WTF is that all about? It seems like the only thing the pharmaceutical industry has perfected is the ability to kill you in evermore increasingly awful ways!

Good to see so many people share their experiences on this subject.

I'm encouraged as well...typically, with these types of posts, you always run into contrarian trolls that argue for the sake of arguing. The pharma industry seems to hit a universal nerve with people, which I'm "happy" about since I didn't want to be the only one that felt this way.

Let's not forget that "big pharma", as well as other entities, don't want us living beyond retirement or "social security" age for obvious reasons and some not so obvious reasons.
