ingredients:
Dough,
Seafood ,
Leek，
Meat stuffing，
Soy sauce,
oil and salt
原料：
面团，
海鲜大噶，
韭菜，
肉馅，
酱油，
油盐

Methods:

做法：
First use cold water to mix the flour, let the dough wake for half an hour or so. Prepare the other material .

先活好面， 放一边醒着， 准备其他的馅料。

This is the seafood , we call it Da Ga in Chinese. wash cleanly .
就是这样的， 先用水冲洗干净。

Dig out the big seafood with the scoop. It tastes so delicious. It's also delicious to make soup!

把大噶肉用小勺挖出来。就是这个， 味道特别鲜美， 做汤喝也很好哦！

Remove the big black meat from the grilled meat.

再把扒出来的大噶肉去掉黑线，杂质。

Start to make dumplings .

馅调好后， 开始擀饺子皮，开始包。

Put them into the boiling water, put the cold water twice , then pull them out , finished !

锅里放水，烧开，煮两个开，饺子就熟了，韭菜海鲜馅容易熟， 不要煮过火了！ 可以吃啦 ！
