Introduction:-

This is the atrophic condition of the vaginal cpitheliuin due to postmenopausal withdrawal of a estrogens followed by non specific inflammation and patchy ulceration of the vaginal wall.

Due to disease:-

  • Just born vaginitis.
  • Acidity of the vagina.
  • After menopause, lowering estrogen.

Symptoms of disease:-

  • Yellow secretion used in the blood received from the vagina.
  • Itching and burning in the vagina gates, itching and burning.
  • Vaginal swollen reddish.
  • Some women repeatedly urinate with pain.

Special diagnostic symptoms:-

  • Finding red-red spots in the proxies of the vagina, which have some bulbs.

  • Or stilbistol 0.5 min. G 1 picnic of 2 times a day by mouth by 2 weeks. After this, turn off the volume gradually and stop.
  • Local. Medical meaning- Diagnostrol cream and hydrocortisone skin cream for the cleaning and burning of vagina.
