Water Soluble Vitamins must be found from outside sources as they are not produced or stored in the body. These vitamins include multiple B Vitamins, Folic acid, Pantothenic acid, biotin, & vitamin C. Below is a summary of each vitamin:
Vitamin B1-processes carbs, fats, & protein. Some sources include meat, beans, peas, & wheat germ.
Vitamin B2- releases energy from foods. Some sources include: whole grains, almonds, and cooked leafy vegetables.
Fat Soluable Vitamins are stored in the body and not necessary in your daily diet. These include Vitamin A, D, E, & K. These help with maintenance of many organs. You can find these Vitamins in green vegetables and tomatoes.
