THE worst MUCUS forming food

MUCUS is one of the reasons we are sick and tired , slow and depressed .
Mucus is forming to protect you from acidity and is easier rejected when you give time to your body to heal

1 ** BANANA unripped , as all unripped fruits and veggies Banana is very acidic and very badly digested if unripped
Banana is one of the most mucus forming food if not eated with brown spots .
2 ** EGGS , eggs are mostly saturated fat and cholesterol , a little pourcentage of proteins wont do the trick for you
plus it has tons of bacterias and germs from the chicken butt hole .
3 ** RICE ..rice , is really really really bad for the body , we do make glue with it so it is the most mucus forming foos ever and will make you hell sick after a long period of eating it ... try wild rice black or red , it has its price but once in a while it is fine
4 ** AVOCADO , let an avocado alone and you ll see how bad it becomes and think of your inner temperature of 37 degree celsius and imagin how rotten it becomes in your 12 meters intestines and colons , already clogged with mucus , bacterias , worms and everything you dont want to imagine , unless you are ready for a big cleanse .
5 ** Milk and cheese and all dairy products ...number one on the list , this industry has brought CHAOS to human health
but it is a HUGE industry money wise and they wont stop there ...
just know that you dont get your calcium from cheese , quiet the contrary and you can find calcium in different sources like green leaves or sesame seeds in cream paste ...also of course , going in the sun 15 min a day to fixe the vitam D in your sexy bones .
6 ** all that is Gluten , pastas , bread anything with gluten is mucus forming ... chose gluten free or make your own pastas and bread ..great way to have joy with your kids making your own food and teach them to do so .
7 ** fish and meat ( especially chicken ) all acidic , full of hormones and heavy metals and so much more crap in it you wont believe it if i tell you .
plus mucus forming , chicken or fish will make a paste inside your colon and intestines and block the way ..same for pasta , rice bread and cheese .

why are we so hungry and addicted to various food , out of habits or surely out of additives , aspartame, glutamate and refined sugar and salt .... try products and fruits and veggies that bring you minerals and energy ..that bring you life and micronutrients ....

at least drink a fresh juice each day ..make it cheap and simple .
buy Chlorella powder on amazon ( cheapest place )
if you can afford a juicing machin , i have the Omega but many are nice too ...same chinese or american makers and different brands ...
a teaspoon of chlorella
a lemon with the peel
an apple
a carrot
a celery branch
a red beet

you can add distilled water to make it a larger juice to drink during the day .
you will have enough chlorophyl , vitamins , minerals and micronutrients
it will clean your liver , colon , skin , stomach and kidneys .
