If one survives it, the hardest part is learning to adapt to the world in which one didn't want to live in.
Scary thought.
Unfortunately, the thoughts of suicide are always there afterwards, no matter what people say or do. Something that haunts every survivor.
Praying does help, but praying for peace, love, mercy and goodness for everyone on this earth, that is the most unselfish thing a survivor can do to make the days bearable and to give some meaning to it all.
