Every thursday i made an Ampalaya salad to introduce this to my Children.
We all know that the child doesn't want this because of the taste, but if your child see this even once a week they will be attracted on it.
My procedure on preparing this.
Ingridients:
-Ampalaya ( Bitter gourd )
-Onion
-Ginger
-Pepper
-Tomatoe
-Venigar
-Salt
-Sugar
•Chop the Ampalaya on small slice
•Chop the Onion, Ginger, Tomatoe
•Mix together all the ingridients and add Salt,Sugar, pepper and Venigar according to your desired taste.
We need to introduce this kind of Vegetables to our Children to have them a healthy Diet.
So that our children will get used to it.
