No to "Fat Tax" maybe yes to a flat income tax. The federal and state governments need to get out of the business of regulating our lifestyles. It's our decision on how we heed warnings about smoking, sugar, or saturated fat. 2 things always certain in life - death and taxes. So here's to a limited government so that we may all enjoy our lives in a responsible way. Cheers!
