Eating meals with sambal (homemade spicy sauce) makes your meals so appetizing and makes you want to eat more. Especially in Indonesia, eating spicy food is a usual thing.
Sometimes you really want to eat the spicy one, and think that you can handle the spiciness but end up with defecate continuously. Just like in my case, I try to put sambal on my dish then realize that was too spicy but I’m still eating. I like to eat spicy food but not too spicy and too much. And a couple hour after, I feel something wrong with my stomach.
I didn’t have stomach medicine in my first aid kit at that time, and then my friend suggests me to drink bitter tea (tea with no sugar added). From generation to generation, they always use this way. And now I share with all of you.
No need a long time to wait, just around 5 minutes my stomach feel better and I stop defecate right away. I drink bitter tea 2 times just for 1 day.
PS : And I really like to put my cup around my stomach and face area, it helps a lot to give warm and relaxed sensation.
Since tea is an herb, I always drink when I’m starting to defecate continuously.
I highly recommend you to go to the doctor if you still defecate 4-5 times a day even after you drink the bitter tea.
