Nowadays,Health is a major concern in this busy life. I will tell you some 5 basic things which will make our body healthy from our busy schedule.
Firstly , eat garlic in empty stomach in the morning and then drink Luke warm water. You can also add aloe Vera juice.
Try to eat protein rich breakfast .
Drink lots of water daily.
In the office, take 10 mins break an do simple exercises like Push ups, Sit ups etc. Any one can do these exercises in the office.
Try to do meditation for 5 mins daily.
Park your Vehicle at a distance of 500 mtsaway from the office, so that daily you can walk at least 1km.
