Yoga and breathing and FAR infrared sauna ..goood for you ,, hahaa

We do 4x1hour FAR infrared sauna a week with a niacin flush. also vit c about 3 grams..
Niacin is Vit B3 , makes you go all red like a tomato lol true ...makes the fat cells sort of f explode which releases the toxins which are than sweated out in the sauna .
hopefully ,, some don't really sweat good so they need to do several hours before they get the sweat machine going ...

before going into the sauna we load up on distilled water and our home made Kombucha brew.
Directly afterwards we do the cold shower or cold bath which i still don't like but i do it !!
i often do a cold one for 30 seconds than hot for a little bit and finish with a cold ...
ICEBATH soon ..20 kg ice in the tub LOL crazy cold but so goooood for the body .
