My mother's stage three lung cancer scam

in health •  8 years ago  (edited)

Her condition was scam, more than 100 friends and family came out of the woodwork to bid her farewell and beg her for money, even my girlfriend asked her to give her the blue Nissan SUV in her will. I simply laughed at all of them and called it a zombie fest. All those people are nowhere to be found now that she is doing much better. Magically, this means they all have a version of her that died, and I have the opposite version, so they all went down with the ship, they all fell for the scam.. me being the scammer of course. Judgement day is all about having fun, and fear is a scam :)

We have family members just like that. When our grandma died, relatives that never gave a crap for her suddenly were all interested in "helping" us take care of her estate. All the years leading up to her death it was only my dad and my wife who took care of her while I was busy working. All those "concerned" relatives were nowhere to be found until "pay day" or so they thought. Most of them got nothing because grandma knew what kind of snakes they were and left them out of her will.
