Ideal food intake - as Diabetic
Diabetics (diabetes 1 or 2) have problems with maintaining blood sugar levels.
Insulin is the hormone secreted by the pancreas when blood sugar level is high.
It sends signals to cells that blood glucose level is high.
This allows entry of glucose into the cells and maintenance of blood sugar levels.
Glucagon is the hormone secreted by the pancreas when the blood sugar level is low.
It sends signals to cells that blood glucose level is low these cells release glucose into the blood.
Adrenaline also has an effect on glucagon secretion, and blood glucose levels may increase in stress conditions.
Normal blood sugar level
The body maintains a normal blood sugar level and these levels are 3.8 to 6.9 mmol / L blood.
If the values are more than 6.9 in a couple of measurements on an empty stomach and 2 and more hours after eating the condition is diagnosed as a diabetes.
The first measure is daily blood sugar control and dietary change.
In this post we are interested in their diet.
Many scientists agree that this is the best diet for all people.
A lot of small meals that do not burden our body with digesting big quantity food no reason.Because this is energy we not need now.
Diet Change: Nutrition for Diabetic
As the body can not control the sugar level, it needs help!
Help arrives like but:
It should be eaten several times without skiping meals (3 - 5 x, with between snack of fruits and vegetables )
The small meals can not be skipped (because we their have already reduced!)
Reaction: fall sugar and the feeling of hunger increases ...we beginns eat...without controlls...
Each meal should be balanced ( carbohydrate ratio - proteini - healthy fats, cca 50:20:30 )
Use complex carbohydrates that slowly release sugar into the blood.
Use foods with as low a glycemic index as they slowly release sugar into the blood.
Vegetables in large quantities
source
Vegetables is low in calories and rich in nutrients and fiber for better digestion.
Limited quantities of fruit
Fruit should be a snack.
100 gr always contains about 40 - 60 kcal.
Eat one fruit for 2-3 hours after the meal.
Regular fluid intake (water or sugar-free teas)
min 8 x 2,5 dcl / day
Quantities per Serving (without weighing, "from the eye" - it's easy)!
Bread, 1 piece (1 cm thick, approx. 60 gr, integral or if desired )
Fruit, 100 gr, 1 fruit
Raw vegetables or salad, 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil, organic,
if you add oil to the salad then the oil for that meal is almost!
Milk and dairy products, 1 cup per meal
Meat, 1 as your outstretched palm
Oil, 1 - 2 tea spoons
These are "orientational" quantities, just the direction!
Time taking meals
start from 7 am to 8 am, with the first meal,
and then ( after 2-3 clock ) the row of fruit or salad,
another meal,
fruit or salad,
the third meal about 19 -.20 o'clock,
further, as needed.
It is not hard, and is very, very effective, believe you.
Other good effects
In this way, you give of foods that an organism can easily digest.
When you eat a many then you will are a sleepy,
because organism needs a lot of energy for digesting large amounts of food.
When you eat a little this will not happen
Simply, there's more energy left:
More energy = better mood.
Better mood= better life
You should not be tormented with various diets.
It needs to live in accordance with the real needs of the organism.
For example:
The organism needs 2500 - 3000 kcal daily.
Share this amount with 24 so think ...
So much you actually need energy / h ! !
150 kcal/h ( see chocolate milka with hazelnuts:- 100 gr= cca 550 kcal!! )
This post is just to encourage you to think, if you have problems with excess weight.
And something important
You're not a diabetic?
But no forget!
1.*Now it is certain that there is a 10% human population that "does not know"
that it has problems regulatingblood sugar!
2.The diet plan for diabetics is the healthiest nutrition on the world!
( for case , if you belong into 1 ...)
until next time, big greeting

Nutrition for diabetics is necessary, I support the article. My mom after the operation found sugar in the blood and dieted for two years. After the check, she did not show any sugar in her blood.
