It is another fateful day of dialysis and it is weird really that it makes me get excited with something that will make me get comfortable and uncomfortable at the same time. The only problem that I get from dialysis is the hypotension which is hard to avoid that is why now I am taking energy drink so that they can draw out the best and efficient amount of water from my body.
In dialysis I also get cramps but I can manage those as I had severe cramps that I really controlled by an utmost muscle relaxation that I do. Basically I don't move a muscle when I feel that there will be an impending cramp but I usually counter it when it starts to contract. But muscle cramps are not an issue for me.
But now in dialysis I get to eat well with my food because I use an efficient dialyzer that also removes sugars and protein compounds that makes me go hungry. The clean feeling that I also get makes me want to crave for food and that feeling is comparable if you would fast for three days drinking only water.
So I enjoy my food like no other so I just eat as much as I can with some protein and carbohydrates so that I could build my strength and not fall ill with some other diseases. So I just thank God for this day that I am going again for my dialysis treatment and the miracle of life that it gives me is truly a gift of life again and again and I also thank my steemit friends that also makes all these possible, God bless the steemit community.

Am happy to see you back. I was worried about you since yersterday . i noticed you didnt make any post for like ten hours

Some time good and bad occure on the same time in life
same situation is there that you are excited but also worried a little bit due to hypotension
You feel comfortable but at the same time uncomfortable
