Last night just before past 11:00 PM I decided to sleep because I am getting sleepy. I can fight it off by drinking some coffee but I thought it wouldn't be healthy at all to deprive myself of its natural need so I just slept and I am so thankful up until today because I am blessed with my ability to get a restful sleep with or without a minimal aide.
I like sleeping because when I dream I would consider that a bonus because in my physical existence I could not do anything much, I can't go out to enjoy nature, shopping, win and be with friends and sped time with them. I couldn't go for a vacation or do even a mini vacation. I wanted to fish by the river banks, I couldn't go to a store and by myself things. All of those I couldn't do but when I sleep and I dream, I could do anything.
The only good thing about sleeping is that it recharges us, making our body somewhat repair itself and it also refreshes our minds so we won't go crazy but if it were't for those factors I think sleep will be just a waste of time since we spend sometimes or more often 1 third of our lives sleeping and in addition we also rest without sleeping.

I'm with you man. I have a hard time going to sleep at night, but I know I should and that I will have a much better day if I do. For some reason the night comes and I just want to keep working, building, developing. I think it's the quiet, the me time. I know if I sleep I will feel better, but I have to sacrifice the time I have by myself.

It is good that you sleep at least 8 hours a day, because it allows you to recover your strength and courage to get ahead. You are a fighter and you will live what God wants you to live. Even if you can not go out, you can appreciate the world through networks, who can know you and appreciate how good you are. I encourage and sleep well!

The most healthy pattern of sleeping is to sleep early and wake up early..., many study have proven. When we sleep, the body repairs it cells, thats why we feel fresh if we have quality sleep. Keep healthy beahavior @cryptopie.. it help you to improve
