Today I think I injured myself because my ribs are aching on top of my hip joint pain and it is just too much. I would take some pain reliever although I do not want to but only forced to do it because I will just be in misery if I don't. The rib pain was maybe due to my stretching exercise that I done yesterday.
Just a simple stretching just injured me and it just shows how frail this body of mine is. I will not do any exercise of some sort now because it doesn't lead to anything good and just hurts me physically. Now I will be just taking a medicine that I do not want to take because of its hidden effect for my health.
I am just glad that I can breath easy with this rib pain and I hope my medicine would work because I am feeling that the pain reliever was losing its efficacy lately because of its delayed effect with a minimum effectiveness as well and I may have to look for other means now for dealing with my pain, it is all too much.
Rib and hip pain! :( Relax and try not to do too much before your dialysis on Tuesday and maybe with a little time it will feel less painful. Take it easy!

Dear friend, I think it is a good idea for you to take the pain medication so that your pain diminishes. Also consider taking a muscle relaxant if the pain is caused by the exercise. Ask your doctor about it. A big hug, although better a softer one so as not to hurt you more hehe.

I can't stand pain or bare to see anyone in pain ,i always take pain killers right away ,go easy on yourself and take some pain killers,i always say walking is the best exercise.

I know you still struggle face your pain. And i know you will not take pain killer cause you know the impact later. but you did to relief your pain in urgent time. Don make movement which injury your body in short time. soft and little practice is better start from your finger then yor elbow and continue to your leg. Slowly and slowly until you feel comfort to other movement.
