Today I slept after taking my appetite enhancer, it has a sleepy-head effect so I just slept the whole afternoon off and I am also thankful that it is not so hot today and I was able to snooze off and regain my lost sleep last night.
After sleeping all afternoon I ate my supper with my raisin bread which I asked mother to heat in the microwave for 20 seconds just to make it warm and soft, it is nice to eat it that way. Then I had my meal replacement milk so that at least I can get a good nutrition for a meal today.
Right now my joints that I always complain about like my left hip joint and ribs are quite healed now. Overall pain issues are greatly improved that is why I am not taking pain medication anymore and it will save me from the risks of another side-effect of pain medication which is always not good for the body.
I don't know if it was the peppermint tea that caused my pain issues to get alleviated or my parathyroid medicine's therapeutic effect but I am continuing to take both of them. I thank God for such developments and I do cherish little changes because it really is a big deal for me to get issues resolved for my body.
Peppermint tea is very delicious and refreshing, I take it in small sips from my thermos, one tea bag at a time within one day is just enough for me. The flavor reminds me of a toothpaste flavor so it is nice and minty. I recommend it to people with pain issues as it might help them too. God bless and keep us all here at steemit.
